No Refunds for Unused Hours
Monthly hours do not roll over. Unused hours at the end of your billing cycle are forfeited with no refund, credit, or compensation. Milestone will not indemnify members who do not use their allocated time. Exceptions are granted only for documented severe health, travel, or work emergencies at Milestone's sole discretion.
All memberships are billed monthly in CAD with applicable Quebec taxes (14.975%). Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at end of billing period. No pro-rated refunds. No hour rollover. Milestone is not liable for members who fail to use their allocated time. Exception requests require written documentation and are at Milestone's sole discretion.
